• Booking: A 30% deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable.

• Space Requirements: Recommended space of 2.5 × 2.5 meters. If your venue layout is different, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

• Power: A direct wall socket is required (extensions are not suitable).

• Wi-Fi: For instant downloads of captures, venue Wi-Fi is needed. If no Wi-Fi is available, downloads will be accessible after the event.

• Liability & Responsibility: Elysian Studio Booth takes great care in delivering a flawless experience. However, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue approves the booth setup and provides the required space, and power supply. We cannot be held liable for interruptions or limitations caused by venue restrictions, or power outages.
